bring back the automated troubleshooting flow to resolve xre03121 with an entitlements refresh

we get recurring XRE03121 errors on our TV box, and every single time, they're resolved with an entitlements refresh.  The automated troubleshooting flows change all the time, not necessarily for the better, but at one point, there was a simple flow which solved this every time, which was approximately ( error code ? -> xre03121 -> missing channels ? (yes) -> restart box -> refresh box -> refresh entitlements ).  This was simple, it solved the problem, there was no need to talk to an agent.  This flow is currently not available in the automated troubleshooter.  Can you please bring it back ?  This is a quick way to solve this annoying problem.  Thank you.
