bridge mode greyed out

it is greyed out i turned off advacned security thru the app and i dont have the xfi pods and my account is paid in full why cant i enter bridge mode

Have you recently done a factory reset on your modem, and can you please share what kind of modem you have?

I figured it out I had the storm WiFi set up and that’s considered a pod once I deleted it I was good
