Bravo freezing on iPhone

I am having a freezing issue with watching Bravo on the app. I'm watching it on my iPhone 12.  Mine freezes but I can still hear it. I've only had this happen to Bravo programs. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO frustrating!!!!!

@user_6e8625 Thanks for the update! Just to confirm is this happening on live TV, OnDemand, or DVR recordings?

@user_6e8625 I was digging a bit deeper and found that we do have a known issue with Bravo and TLC recordings playing on the Xfinity Stream app. our team is continuing to work on getting this corrected, but as a temporary solution, you should be able to view the recordings without any issues from the website. Once we have a new update to share, I will post it here. Thank you again for the info you've shared and your patience!
