Braves Vision
I am having issues with just one channel, Braves Vision (Ch. 1254). I will lost sound, the picture will freeze, the image will be jumpy, the image will get stuck in a loop, it will run for a few seconds and freeze then go back and start over and run a few seconds and freeze. It is so bad it is very hard to watch a game, I am only having issues with this one channel, everything else is fine. I am tried to contact a support but have been unable to speak to a real person.

Glad it's not just me - same exact thing happens to me and I have tried two different XG1v3 settop boxes. And my outlet has pristine levels and SNR - it's not a bad connection. And yes it's just this channel, and I believe it's because the channel is an IPTV channel.
Comcast tech support: I know you guys have in-house settop boxes and you can reproduce this issue. Try it. Use an XG1v3 and you'll see it happen during the Braves game. Let it play for a few minutes and it'll start glitching.

Same problem here. I’ve done all the troubleshooting steps. The signal drops at almost the same time every game. Do an internet search for Braves Vision signal problems and you’ll literally see dozens of examples from other people on different cable systems. The only way to contact them is here
