Brand new construction home

Im moved into a brand new home, build was completed 11/4/2023. Closed on 12/3/2023 living in the home, it has a 911 and google maps recognizes it. It’s a brand new construction home, brand new subdivision, 14 lots including my own. How or what words do i say to get xfinity to install a main line. And run cable into my home. My neighbor at the closest intersection has xfinity as well as the neighbor behind my home. I feel like i may not be using the right words, and no one from customer service understands what i am asking. Am I crazy?

Hey @ChristinaE1987 congratulations on your new home! You have come to the right place for requesting new service. We can check the address and make sure you are in our footprint. From there we can submit a serviceability request ticket for you. We will stay with you throughout the ticket and until you have your services installed (if available).   • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
