Hello, @user_rxnvz9 thank you for taking time to reach out over Xfinity Forums. I definitely understand the concern with fallen branches on the line, and wanting to get those addressed. From experience, I've seen that typically the technician/maintenance teams only replace damaged lines after a storm. Any branches/debris are usually the property owners responsibility to get moved.
I can open a ticket though to have this reviewed to confirm what steps are needed, and also wanted to let you know that customers can also open the same ticket by reporting the issue here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/report-an-issue
Please let me know which option works best for the ticket creation.
