Box upgrade
My tv keeps telling me I need to upgrade my box and do to so on channel 1995. So I did and I keep checking channel 1995 but it just keeps saying it's in processing after I did what it said about 2 weeks or more ago now. There is no way for me to actually check this on my account that I can find?? Why can't it just be easier to upgrade my equipment??
