Box delivered in error
Xfinity box delivered to my address using a different name than mine. Not sure how to proceed and am concerned someone is using my addresss. I have not opened the box.

@Catsunflower Thanks for letting us know you have received equipment that you didn't request. You can return equipment at any XFINITY Store. I have a link where you can locate our nearest stores at xfinity.com/local/store-offers.
I am happy to check your address to confirm if there are any accounts there. Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.
