Bout ready to drop Xfinity just because I can’t talk to a real person

I’ve now spent over an hour just trying to understand how deep the cables were buried in my yard . With no help from useless AI bots , phone numbers don’t exist , and nothing online stating anything that helps. 

the customer service for this company is absolutely useless and I’ve never wanted to drop a company faster .

I feel the same way, Xfinity is the worst and their customer service is somehow worse than other providers. Which is saying a lot. Submit a claim with the Better Business Bureau. They reach out to Xfinity and an Xfinity rep will call you back. They were actually nice, helpful and may have solved my problem. We will see, but I have a contact and a person with a phone number if I need to follow-up. I recommend the BBB to get help with Xfinity issues.
