Bought new service and no one could help me to install, plus costomer service terrible.

I spent more than 5 hours over the chat trying to setup my new internet, detail: I was just updating the existing plan for new one, they disconnect the existing one and I'm 5 days with no internet, at costomer service over chat, the agents keep changing the attendant, every 2 minutes a new one comes and start over the process, asking the previous questions, asking confirmations and, again switch to another agent, that star over the process, and again, again, and again. I have all the conversations to prove that. If was not enough, in one of the days when I was trying to schedule a technician to come, the agent, with no permission updated my service for a expansive one, that I never asked for, and left the conversation, and I received a email with the updated non authorized changes. Sadly Comcast becomes a scam company with a terrible costomer service, I feel like when someone call you trying to scam you. So sad and terrible.

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear you've been without service by only trying to make changes to your plan @user_jryqzc. Making sure your services are working as they should is extremely important! You have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
