Bought my first home and can’t get WiFi is due to previous tenants
I just bought my very first home and switched my service from where I was renting before, only to have my service cut off two days later and my local store telling me there was nothing they could do to help me because they’re not a corporate store. I tried switching to Verizon but it isn’t as strong as my family needs. I’d like to switch back to xifinity WiFi but I can’t drive over an hour to the nearest corporate store. Is there anyone who can help me?

It sounds like your order was possibly cancelled due to debt at this location, left by a previous tenant. When that happens, you should be able to provide proof of residency as seen here. To clarify, did you thoroughly review those options and take documents to your local Xfinity Store? You may have visited a branded partner store rather than one of our main locations, but that link should help you locate the nearest store which can accept those documents!
