The worst customer service ever. Nothing ever works. Never get anywhere on the phone. No actual human to talk to. I will NEVER be a customer again. How they’re still in business is crazy.

I received an email from you in regard to receiving a refund. I went to the website it told me to go to. And it won’t let me fill any information out. Keeps saying Error and that I need to reach out to someone. I have tried the [Edited: "Inflammatory"] virtual chat option, tried calling, and tried calling a specific store with absolutely no luck in reaching anyone. The customer service here is non existent. I don’t want to go in to have to get this sorted out. I want my refund and I should be able to do it through your link that was sent via email. But of course, doesn’t work.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
