Both TV and Internet Service has been horrible for weeks now.

My TV and Internet Service has been interrupted so many times in the past few weeks.   The Internet has gone down no less than 5 times in the past 2 weeks.  Today I can't watch a channel above 810.  I get a text message saying we'll send you an update in a couple hours.  I am so ready to find an alternative and cut the cord.

This is unacceptable and no one to complain to or respond to my issues.  Other than an AI Bot.  $276/mo?  Ridiculous.
