I transferred my service from one house to another. They deleted the box didn’t set it for the right service at the house for the install. I took a week for them to get the service guy out there and then when the service guy did come, he didn’t want to hook up the box. He took one of my other boxes and gave me a wire that’s been a new set up that he doing now Wallace understand then I call back like six times to try to get this resolved and it’s so frustrated with Xfinity and I can’t wait for a another provider to come into the neighborhood because I’m done with Xfinity their prices keep one higher and higher so you have a good day.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
