Boost pod return

I purchased a WiFi boost pod but received a refurbished pod instead of a new one. I have filled out two return forms and still have not received a follow-up on how to return my pod.

Hello user_o4esc1 thank you so much for taking the time to reach us here on our Xfinity Forums! How long ago were these forms submitted? It can take some time for initial processing, so we just want to make sure we're giving that process time to work.

I submitted the first on May 23 or May 24 and the second on the morning of May 27. After submitting it indicated I should receive next steps in 24-48 hours.
