Bookshelf Reward has incorrect link

The summer of movies bookshelf reward contains the link for the previous 1st and 10G reward, so an error pops up when attempting to redeem. Can I please get an updated link?

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

I redeemed the voucher on Amazon using my reward code, but I can't find what books are eligible to purchase. The instructions do not include any link to eligible books on xfinity or Amazon.

How do I find what I can spend the $10 bookshelf reward on? There is no link or information on what books are available anywhere.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your Xfinity Rewards Bookshelf Voucher, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

 

Can you tell me a little more about what's happening? Once you redeem the bookshelf reward, you should receive a digital code that you can enter at https://www.amazon.com/ab/shelf/1cf2d37b-f3c4-4bf8-a40b-b020278ea335/applyCode to access the bookshelf. It sounds like you've already done that, based on your original post. What happened after you entered your code? Did it say your code was accepted?

Hi! They did fix the link in response to my post. If you go back to the reward post under your activity, there should be a button link that says "visit xfinity rewards bookshelf".

I was able to get the voucher to accept, but what books are eligible? I put a book in, and I see the credit, but it says it doesn't apply to "that" book. My question is "Where is the link to the eligible books" to use the voucher on??????
