Bookshelf code invalid through rewards

I Received an Xfinity reward for $10 off of the bookshelf and it says it’s a bad invitation. I use the straight link that is in the rewards to connect me to the bookshelf and I pace the code exactly as it is given with no extra characters or spaces, and it says invalid invitation in red this is not happened to me before I had no issues
