Blocked IP Address

For the past few days, I am unable to access my online bank account where I get the following error message:

"Your IP is currently blocked. If you are using a VPN, please disconnect and retry without using VPN. If this does not resolve the issue, please record the error message, IP address, and Ray ID, and contact your financial institution for assistance.

IP: [Edited: "Personal Information"]
RAY ID: [Edited: "Personal Information"]"
Any idea why my Xfinity IP address is being blocked. I am not using a VPN.

I HATE xfinity internet BECAUSE it constantly shows me in a city that I do NOT live in, due to IP address changes!!  I can't even log into facebook many times because of this!!  And ANY time I go into a site like Lowe's or Home Depot, it has my city as somewhere around ATLANTA, which is NOT where I live!!  I'm SO TIRED of having to correct EVERY site I go into!!!  I just learned that AT&T fiber optic uses a static IP address, therefore, I'm AM going to look into switching to AT&T fiber optic!!

Hey @user_bbga1! I know it can be frustrating when you are having issues with your IP geolocation. I think it happens more on my cell phone than my connection at home, though. Here is an article on how  to correct your IP geolocation: Correcting location data on Xfinity Internet

Since this is on an older post, I'm closing it out. If you still need help, feel free to make a new post.
