Blocked emails

I am not getting email from gunbroker.com I see they are sending them from screen shots from them from customer service. For some reason I get those emails. I am told that my ISP is blocking their emails. I need this fixed

user_q38276 Can you please send us a DM. You can start by clicking the chat icon located in the top right corner of your forums' page when signed in. Once there, you can direct your messages to "Xfinity Support." Please add your full name and service address to help us locate your account. Let me know if you have any questions.

All is see is the Xfinity assistant. Top right corner. All it does is keep telling me what my email is repeatedly. Not really helpful.

To send a private message:

1. Sign in to the community.
2. Click the message count or envelope icon to go to your Private Messages Inbox.
3. Click the New Message icon.
4. Enter the recipient's name (Xfinity Support) in the Send to field.
5. Type the reply in the Message box
6.Click Enter to send your message.
