Blocked cable channels

Just about every channel has gone black with a message that says I must have just changed my plan because I  don't have access to this channel. Which isn't true, it's telling me this on almost every channel that I've been paying for and watching for years. Only ABC, NBC and CBS are on

I'm happy help get this ironed out for you. Before we begin, have you tried any troubleshooting steps such as rebooting your modem, rebooting your boxes? Additionally, can you please share what channel lineup you are subscribing to?
