Block Website: thecore.help

I have had the worst experience with Comcast trying to get a site unblocked. We have tried to get it unblocked several times. A couple before making any changes, and several after rebuilding the sever and having several security analyst tell us there is nothing wrong with the site.

We have also spoke to Comcast Security Assurance Team and nothing. Several times they have just closed our ticket with 0 response or 0 details as to what the problem is. When someone finally responded to my ticket due to me calling back several times. They said it was their vendors that had us on a blacklist or blacklist. The support specialist provided no details as to why or who was blocking us so we could submit a false positive report.

I was then told to contact the website owner so that they could fix the website. I am the website owner. How am I expected to fix a website that I dont even know why we are getting flagged or who to report the misclassification to? I have rebuilt the website and it is still getting blocked. You guys provide a service to block websites and no way to actually correct the issue. We have been blocked off from several clients.

This is not an isolated incident. I have read countless post of people unsuccessful block websites, no  one responding, and no helpful advice.

So what do we need to do to fix this? We have been cooperative, but are not being help to resolve this. Do we need to threat legal recourse? No longer providing comcast as an option for ISP to our clients? This is ridiculous.

user_clqkc0 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I definitely understand the concern if you haven't been able to get your website unblocked, even after contacting Customer Security Assurance. Our team is happy to look into this further. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
