Blatant theft/abuse - compensation

I'm about to report comcast/xfinity to the Feds as they refuse to refund my balance owned on my account since last october despite chatting and speaking to customer service multiple times. I was in fact charged for service that I was not using and after the amount of time spent on this during a time of great personal upheaval in my life I feel I deserve additional compensation beyond the mere $60 odd I was owned. Absolutely atrocious to be given a spin by several agents and to date I have not received my refund into my bank account although my payments to them were done by direct debit during my service - funny how that works only one way!
