Blast! capped at 105Mbps
I haven't received a speed increase for probably four years running and thought I'd ask why? I want my promised speed increased to what's listed in this article or I'll consider canceling all services after being a customer since Comcast first came to Denver - 18+ years ago. Please help me fix this issue or advise me why my speeds would be lower than other paying Blast! customers at the same level.
Edit: I see on the price list for my locale that Blast Pro+ is an $80.00 option (email dated 10/26/20). It would save me $15.00 per month and increase my speeds to my satisfaction to move to this option. Is that doable?
