Hello user_ebmwd3, thanks so much for reaching out on our Xfinity Forums! Making changes to your schdueld or automatic payments is easy to do in the Xfinity App: 

 

 

Managing or Canceling Scheduled Payments

Sign in to the Xfinity App or xfinity.com
Click Manage Scheduled Payments under the Billing tab.

Click Manage to change the amount, date, or payment method of a scheduled payment.
Click Cancel Payment to cancel a scheduled payment entirely.
