My account has been blocked from accepting credit cards to pay my bill for almost 2 months, and no one can explain why? A ticket was created, and the ticket was closed without any resolution!!

Thanks for reaching out to us we do apologize for any inconvenience. Generally accounts gets blocked from accepting different forms of payment methods if there's been too many return payments. If that happens there's a block on your account until the account gets updated and has consistent on time payments.
If it's not accepting credit cards you would have to use a different form of payment method like a checking account, does it give you the option to use your checking account?
