Why do I get charged by Xfinity and again by Comcast?

Hello, how are you @user_r3erz4? Xfinity is essentially the brand name of our products! But you will never be billed for the same services twice. You might be seeing a separate bill for Xfinity Mobile. Your Mobile billing is separate from all your other services. If you have any other details that will allow us to help, please let us know.

user_r3erz4 thanks for your reply! We would need to work in a direct message to review account specific information. Such as your billing details and your billing statements. Are you seeing two separate billing statements? Or two separate charges?
