AGENT stated would lower my bill. They lied. I will take all equipment to xfinity store. Over 30 PLUS YEARS AND AGENT LIED AND HUNG UP ON ME

Again I was promised Xfinity would lower my Cable and internet bill from $193.00 a month to apx $125.00.per month. Being a customer over 30 plus years. I wanted to keep my Same channels and I have 3 CELL phones to boot. Help me please.  I WAS LIED TOO MANY TIMES. DO THE MATH OVER 30  YEARS AND LETS SAY LOWEST $175.00 A MONTH FOR 30 YEARS AND NEVER LATE NEVER .LOTS OF MONEY I HAVE PAID. HELP PLEASE
