Billing

Why are you asking for payment and I just connected my service like days ago? I only get one check a month. I'm in-between monthly checks and won't get July's check until the end of June payment

Good afternoon user_99ii81. Thank you for joining Xfinity! The billing does begin as soon as services are started. Where we are a subscription service, the bill is for the month forward. The due date is usually few weeks into your billing cycle. We do have a bit of flexibility with payments as well. So even if your due date arrives, and you need some more time that is not a problem. Let me know if this helps.

Yes it helps, as soon as my monthly benefit check goes in direct deposit I'll send payment.
