I recently switched to Xfinity. Bogo with trade. Monthly bill was supposed to be 109. It looks like something wasn't set up correctly. States monthly is 166.

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
