Hey there, @user_lng55q. Our team understands there are some tough months when paying for service is not the easiest. We have two options within the Xfinity Assistant through the direct link or within the Xfinity app to restore services if they are interrupted due to payment. There is the payment arrangement option and setting up an installment plan for the total balance. Both processes can only be set up through the Xfinity Assistant and will only provide the options if your account is eligible. Agents do not have the option to set those features up or edit them in any way. It is all handled through the Xfinity Assistant.
