App is not working properly for payment and also is there a better deal for just super high speed internet and the cameras for better pricing?

user_t7l7r3 Thanks for reaching out! You will want to ensure you're signed in as the Primary, or Manager Xfinity User to the app to make a payment. Also, you can check the Xfinity Plan Builder for possible promotional options.
