Hi, I am trying to pay a bill online, but it keeps bringing up an old address and I don’t want to make a Payment to that old address can you help me out?

user_iauhjl Thank you so much for your post for help with accessing your current account information to make your payment. It sounds like your login information is for the old account. I would start by checking to see if you happen to have the accounts linked. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts  If your account is not linked try different contact information that you may have here. You may end up with two different Xfinity IDs one for your old account and one for your new one.
