Billing
Why am I getting billed when service is canceled and I was informed automatic payments would stop and my final bill would be via mail?

Thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. I hope you are doing well. I see you decided to cancel service, and we'll always be here when you're ready to come back. During the process, I saw there was another payment drafted as part of your regular billing cycle based on the last bill that was printed. This can happen if autopay is still active and the system hasn't fully completed the disconnection process.
With that said, the adjustments will be corrected once the final billing is updated with the disconnect. You will then be provided prorated credits for the time service was not offered for that billing cycle, and then that amount will be refunded to the last payment method we have on file. It happens automatically, but it can take up to 30 days. I just wanted to give you a heads up. I know this likely came as a surprise, but I was able to review the order to confirm the details.
