Billing statement PDF download no longer available

I read on a past forum someone else was not able to download past bills either.  An employee posted that you are supposed to still be able to.  This has been an issue for several months now.  I am trying to get off copies of my last few bills too see why my bill has went up so much without changing anything. I also am not seeing a “correct board/topic” to post this under, there’s no billing option to post under.

Hi @user_dszbdo you've come to the right place and thank you for visiting our Community Forums for help with your billing statements. (You can go to the Customer Service section > billing for the right post.)

How are you trying to access your statements? Are you visiting Xfinity.com and signing in with a Primary or Manager profile?

Yes I am logging into the main website, going under billing, and clicking on any,

/all past bills I want to download, nd nothing happens, and there is no options to download.

Thank you for giving that a try. Under the dates you should see an arrow pointing down icon for downloading the statement, it won't say "download". You can check out a picture of what this should look like and also a direct link here. Please let me know if this helps.

I do apologzie the link didn't work. Please go to this article, View your Xfinity billing statement history In the article you will see a link to view your statement history, that should work for you. I just tried it on my account, and was able to see PDF copies of my statements that can be downloaded or printed.

The only date that has it is always the latest bill, just as I have previously stated.  It’s been this way for at least 6 months to a year.

The only date that has it is always the latest bill ...

When I tried it, even though the boxes after the top one don't show a PDF link, clicking on them opens the corresponding bill PDF after a rather long delay. Actually, the delay is only about 5 seconds, but it seems longer because the page does not respond until the PDF opens. Before that, there's no indication that my "Select" input registered.

It would be very helpful if the page displayed some minimal message like "Opening your statement" or some such instead of just sitting there "dead", as if nothing is happening.

ETA: Suggestion for UI improvement

Any of the ones I click on that does not have a link, does not even attend to load.  I’ve sat there for over 30 minutes waiting to see if it would open, with no success.  Since you see it takes so long, and that we are supposed to still be able to download them.  Would you pass it onto the technicians to have them fix the speed, and ask them to continue to leave the pdf download link on all statements we’re allowed to download?

I completely understand the frustrations, @user_dszbdo! We can certainly submit the feedback to our proper teams with regards to the time and attempting to download previous statements. Have you attempted to clear your browsers cache/cookies? If so, can you attempt a different browser and see if you receive the same results.

Which, of course, still doesn’t solve the problem.  I also need copies of past bills, and everything is the same as above.  Nothing to click, no copies available.  Since obviously someone went to a lot of effort to make past statements unavailable, someone needs to spend the same amount of time to fix it.
this reflects badly on a company touting their internet services.

However, I hang my head in shame…after reading all the above I use patience and sat and sat, and after a lot of waiting, FINALLY got what I needed.
This is something that Xfinity could be working on.

I shall now step off the soapbox
