Billing question

Hi,

 I received a bill for $54 this month when I usually pay $35. I would like to return to my current plan please, where it is $35.

I’ve turned off autopay for now until this is resolved, and my bill is due 3/4/24, so I would appreciate having this resolved in a timely fashion, or no late fee. Thank you!

To send a "Direct Message" message:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
