Billing page never loads

I would like to see my billing info but the page never loads. Its always the same problem with xfinity

Hello @user_4n7u7v, Thank you for taking the time out of your day to leave a post. I hope your week is off to a great start.  Sorry to hear you are having issues accessing your bill. Have you tried clearing your cookies and cache? Have you tried another browser?

@XfinityMarshante​ yes ive tried both. Restarting device too. Nothing works. Been like this for months
