Billing issues

I have been having the same billing issue for several months. Each time I reach out to you I get the oh this will not happen again. Every month I have to call because I’m being overcharged. This is very inconvenient, poor customer service and time-consuming. Is there a direct number that I can call?? The number I called only allows me to chat with an agent and that is not helpful. I consider considering changing service services to another provider.
