Billing issues

I want a head supervisor to call me asap I have delt  with 3 reps and a supervisor and have gotten no where someone needs to call me or I am canceling my service with you that I’ve had for the last three years and I will make sure that no one else that I know or anyone else that I can talk to will never have your services and if I have to take all my paperwork, go to my bank pull all my records  from four years ago I will do that . I have all my bills in front of me I see what’s going on and you have not posted my payments to my account and your billing me for payments that you’re not supposed to be billing before I am not late. I am not behind in my payments and the amount that you’re billing me are wrong so if I have to go into the store and go to the bank and take all my paperwork in to deal with this it’s not gonna be pretty. I want a head supervisor of this department to contact me immediately. Thank you

Thank you for reaching out to our team here @user_kz9lhq. I will be happy to look into any billing issue and escalate that appropriately from here for you. Could you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?

To send a direct message [private message]:

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
