billing issues and customer service via chat and phone call
would like to have a solution to our issues regarding bill increasing and after several attempts via chat and phone call - Not solving the issues
over 2 hours on a phone call and felt like we were speaking with an AI customer service - No Help
disconnected several times and was told it was my connection - well we have Xfinity Mobil Service and also a current internet plan
Definitely need some assistance with billing issues
