Billing issue

I suffered a 4 day outage due to a system upgrade. Very disruptive to my personal business, I believe I deserve a billing credit

You can request a credit following the instructions here, and it would automatically apply to your account on the next billing cycle for the downtime of the services. The Xfinity Assistant will be able to recognize the downtime of your services, and  I would be happy to look into the account with you too if you would rather. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.
