Hello, and thank you for joining the Xfinity Forums community user_9v0d4l! I completely understand no one likes seeing their bill go up, and you're not alone in feeling that way. You've come to the right place for support, and we're here to help! While Xfinity doesn’t offer specific senior discounts or packages, we do have options that may be a great fit for seniors. For example:

Internet Essentials: Designed for income-constrained individuals and families, this plan includes equipment and unlimited data at one low price — perfect for consistent monthly budgeting. It offers download speeds up to 100 Mbps and the same 99.9% network reliability you expect from Xfinity. Seniors who qualify through assistance programs are eligible to sign up.

Xfinity Choice TV: A basic TV package that may suit your viewing needs without the extra cost.

NOW Internet: A prepaid internet option with no annual contracts or credit checks. It includes unlimited data and flexible speeds (100 Mbps or 200 Mbps), and you can pause or resume service anytime,  ideal for seasonal homes.

And right now, new Xfinity Internet customers can lock in the same monthly price for 5 years, part of our commitment to providing fast, reliable, and secure internet with clear, consistent pricing. As a quick reminder you can log into My Account to review your plan, the bill, and current pormotional offers.  We’re truly grateful for your interest and loyalty, and we’re here to help you find the best fit for your needs. If you could please send a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”, I'd be happy to look into this with you. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.
