Billing issue

Hi, Xfinity service is very horrible. I enrolled for a plan of 200 MBPS with a monthly rental of $25. So instead of taking $25 per month Xfinity is debiting $30 per month to my checking account. I have taken so many follow ups with the store located at Bolingbrook, IL but got failure. How disgusting service is this?

Hello @abhaybadade Thank you for reaching out and sharing the trouble you are having with the billing. I'm sorry to read that we are starting out poorly. It sounds like an issue with the self-service auto-pay discount since it's a $5.00 difference. When you enrolled in the plan you should have been given the option for ecobill and autopay. In most cases when you enroll in both you will receive a $10.00 monthly discount when using a bank account for the autopay and $5.00 when using a credit or debit card. I would love to help out and make sure that we have everything correct, but it's possible that that is the underlying issue. Are you enrolled in ecobill and autopay? Do you use a bank account or credit/debit card?
