Billing Issue - NO one to discuss with? Disconnected , no call backs etc... Help
I have a mobile, Internet and streaming account. I called in on 12/22 and canceled the mobile service as I had to move to T-Mobile due to extremely spotty cell service. They supposedly canceled my mobile service and then got me to someone to discuss internet and streaming plan. I was considering moving my internet to T-Mobile as well. Plus since day one of tv streaming and even though we have tried every fix we could find and multiple tech support we have only EVER received TVGO channels and the DCVR only recorded our shows on rare occasion if at all. And if it was fixed one evening the next day it was back to only TV GO... so we have yet to actually get our full streaming/dvr package. I discussed this with support via phone same day 12/22 and I was told I would receive a credit for the streaming issue but the amount was not disclosed to me at that time which I thought was strange. Then was told I had to move to actual equipment vs streaming, which is fine and they were to send it asap. I did at that time cancel the internet due to cost but planned to keep xfinity TV. That is how my call on 12/22 ended 3 hours later. I thought all was fixed. Well Nope , I never received any account credit for TV go Issue, never got any equipment, my cell bill was not canceled they continued to bill, and even my internet was not canceled. It literally was like the twilight zone... like I had never even spoken to anyone. After literally 3 hours of conversation. I tried reaching out 3 times in Jan to repeat the call from 12/22. And well I guess I made it to some proverbial do not take her call list! Because I was disconnect twice in the middle of conversation, and then on hold for 45+ minutes before I just had to hang up. I had reached my wits end and the online assistant just wanted me to pay the bill and was absolutely NO HELP. The two times I did get through I even verified my return call phone number just incase of disconnection and guess what NO ONE ever called me back. Okay I am losing my mind at this juncture! So come now Feb my service was terminated for non payment, well no surprise there!! But they have suspended the service yet have so kindly decided to bill me for all of these items for MARCH when I have NO SERVICE at all! I am now just beside myself trying to figure out how to rectify this. So I am now on this forum as a last ditch effort for assistance. Can I make an appointment ? the closest store to me is over 1.5 hours away! Could someone get me to an agent that can actually not disconnect our call, that could adjust my account as it should have been, and maybe not sure yet get my TV service corrected... Please! This is just been a small nightmare!
