Billing issue [Edited]
I was just billed ###.##$ on my Xfinity Internet and tv bill alone, not including my mobile plan. As of September #th, I visited the store and had a conversation with the representative to inquire about adding a limited cable service. I already had Internet and mobile plans combined for ###$ approximately per month. I was told Xfinity has a sports and news package I could add and it would only amount to an extra ##$ dollars on my overall amount owed per month. I was expecting a bill of roughly ###$ for Internet and tv and ##$ for mobile. I was just charged ## for the tv package and another ##$ partial charge for the tv package. That's over 4x x the amount I agreed to and my bill went from ##$ to ###$ for adding supposedly a ##$ per month additional service.
