Greetings, @user_h7ofm5! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about this unexpected bill increase. You have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

The most common reason we might see a bill increase like this would be if your promotional offer or discount recently expired. You should be able to confirm this by pulling up the last bill you received, prior to the increase, and checking page 3 to see if you had a promotional discount. There will always be a specific end date listed on your billing statement, which may be within a few days of your next billing statement.

The good news is, all of our billing is done in advance, so if you just received a bill that was higher than your previous bill, there's a good chance we will be able to apply a new promotion to reduce your rate before you get too far into your next billing cycle. Please let me know if you would like to look into this. We are here for your support.
