Billing error
Please note that a mistake was made on my bill and payment noted below. A month ago I was notified my bill would increase from an introductory rate of $25/month to the rate just charged.
After a call to your billing department a month ago the customer service agent assured me my new rate would be adjusted down to $55/month immediately and continue for the next year.
Please adjust my rate to the promised $55/ month effective to last month and refund me the overcharge this month which should be about $30.
