billing disputes
I am being charged over $200 (a set up charge) for NBA league pass. I did not approve of this purchase, I do not want it and I can't seem to talk to anyone that can remove it from my bill. I have been working on having it removed rom the day I saw it on my account. I have talk to multiple people on the phone and in store. I have been reassured that it's been removed but it's still there. The last person I talked to told me that the charges can't be removed because it was ordered in November. How can you charge over $200 charges for a "set up" fee without customer approval? And what are they setting up??? I have already reduced our account to internet only due to frustrations in getting programming I was looking for. I have had no problems with Youtube TV. Please HELP! I am so frustrated.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:
1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon
2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
