Billing concern

H I'm watching I spoke to a customer service rep. They told me that my bill would go back to 116 after I spoke to them but they still have not changed it. Can you please tell me what is happening with the last ticket I submitted per my conversation with the Xfinity agent over the phone last week.

@user_3crq5v thanks for taking the time to post on our Xfinity Community Forums page. I'd like to do everything I can to help with your billing concern. Whenever a service change is made, the change is reflected on the next statement that prints. Has a new bill generated since you made the change?
