Billing charge
Hi, when i start to use Xfinity last year my deal was 63 and if i pay by checking account will be $53, i did ask for regular mail to change my Driver License and it added up $2 so $65. Since I didn’t ask for regular mail anymore and back to paperless my bill still $55 instead of $53. I just want to know the reason, it been 6 months and isnt change back to $53, please explain, thank youu.

Hello, @Nia_Ngo I would to compare your billing for the last 6 months to determine where that $2 increase came from. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
