Why has my bill gone up over the past few months?

Hi there, @user_ghge42! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum! The most common reason folks see their bill increase is because they have come off of a promotion or discount. We do provide that information on each and every bill statement, so you can keep track! If you take a look at the bill statement, underneath your services in green text will be a list of any discounts or promotions you're on, how much they save you, and when they expire. You can check out your past statement images with the information here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/view-xfinity-billing-history Let me know if that proves to be the reason or if you still have questions.
